Before founding Kelly Plus, I spent over 25 years in the logistics industry with DP World Americas and GKN Freight Services Inc., and progressed through finance roles of increasing scope, culminating in Controller and Director of Finance, Freight Forwarding - managing AR/AP/GL, treasury, and ERP systems across the U.S., Canada, and LATAM. I’ve led finance teams through shared service transitions and reviewed shipment-level profitability and identified margin discrepancies to improve financial performance, delivering executive-level-reporting with zero audit findings across two decades.

Before establishing Kelly Plus, I spent 10 years serving in the United States Army, leaving the service with the rank of Sergeant. Those years helped shape the leadership principles I bring to my work today: accountability, integrity, disciplined execution, and the ability to perform under pressure.

I completed two tours in Italy with the Southern European Task Force (SETAF), serving first in the Military Personnel Office at Camp Darby and later with the 500th Military Police Detachment. During my service, I also contributed to logistical support efforts following an earthquake in Turkey, helping coordinate the preparation and loading of essential relief supplies for air transport.

After attending the Primary Leadership Development Course in Bad Tölz, Germany, I concluded my military career at U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM), supporting a General Officer during the planning period for Operation Desert Storm. My responsibilities included work in an environment requiring discretion, sound judgment, and a high degree of trust. I held a Top Secret security clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI).

Military service reinforced a belief that continues to guide my approach to financial leadership: good decisions depend on reliable information, clear accountability, careful planning, and disciplined execution.

Today, I bring those principles together with decades of business and financial experience to help transportation and logistics companies strengthen financial visibility, improve cash flow, understand operating performance, and make better-informed decisions.
